Payments

Payments for subscription services are due in accordance with the terms outlined in your service agreement.

Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused services.

Our Service is publicly facing, and users are not required to create an account to browse our website. We collect personal information, such as names, email addresses, and payment information, only when voluntarily provided by you for the purpose of inquiries, service agreements, or payment processing. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY GUARANTEES OF UNINTERRUPTED UPTIME, ERROR-FREE FUNCTIONALITY, OR SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHATBOTLABS.AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

(I) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE;
(II) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN;
(III) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE;
(IV) ANY THIRD-PARTY MISUSE OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE SERVICE OR DATA; OR
(V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

• Your violation of any rights of a third party, including without limitation any intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy rights.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in the State of Georgia, and judgment on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and ChatbotLabs.AI shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
